Mohit serves as General Counsel at S2G Ventures where he oversees all legal aspects of S2G.

Prior to joining S2G, Mohit was General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Numerator, a data and tech company serving the market research space.

Before Numerator, Mohit spent over 13 years at Google where he focused on data privacy, intellectual property, commercial agreements, and other related topics. Mohit began his legal career at Mayer Brown, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings for a broad range of clients.

Mohit is admitted to practice law in Illinois. He graduated with Honors with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mohit lives in Chicago with his wife and two boys and currently serves on the Board of the Chicago chapter of College Possible and on the Corporate Advisory Council of the Chicago chapter of Cradles to Crayons.
